We only accept Return and Refund due to the following reasons:
- If you received food and beverages that are incorrect.
- If you received damaged items.
To be eligible for a return, your food and beverages or services provided must be proved substantially at the time when you received them.
How am I able to request a Return/Refund?
- Notify us that a refund or return is needed withing 7 days from the date of receiving your goods by emailing us your FULL NAME, ORDER NUMBER, ADDRESS and you CONTACT NUMBER together with the REASON OF THE RETURN or contact us directly.
- You must receive a confirmation from us BEFORE returning the goods.
- We reserve the rights to reject a request if we conclude the goods and services sent is in a good condition.
- An one to one exchange will be processed within the same day upon the receipt of your package. We will refund back if we are unable to enchange the foods or beverages.
- Goods purchased through a third party or directly from our vendors will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.
- In the event that the foods or beverages you orginally purchased is been sold out, we will contact you for your consent on the alternative items for an exchange.
- We are only able to waive the delivery charges if the return is due to our oversight.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the vendors.
Refunds will be provided if any product ordered is out of stock. A refund document will be sent via email or phone.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
We only replace items if they are delivered wrongly or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To return your product, please inform you ADDRESS to email@example.com and we will collect it from the address that you have given.
